This place is amazing. Drove from Minneapolis to meet some friends from Hutchinson and picked here to meet. Food is amazing. The soup is the best I've ever had...

"I have always had the best food and service at this establishment. Today, I ordered the ham and Swiss and asked for it on the hoagie instead of bread. They are so accommodating and it was absolutely amazing. I found out that they cook all their meats there and cut/shave the meat for their sandwiches, and you can tell. It was so good. Do not be intimidated by the outside of the restaurant. The inside is very cute/rustic and everyone is warm and friendly!! 2 items on the menu that are a “must try” are the “cream cheese wontons” and the “firecracker tots”. You will not be disappointed!!"

"As other reviews will say, the service here was unbearable and unacceptable under any standard. Our table of 5 was there and had to wait longer than usual for a waitress, but finally got one and got our drinks. Without taking our order as soon as we got our drinks, we waited an hour without communication to see our waitress crying in the bathroom until she finally went into her car. So, still without communication, we had the bartender take our order and waited another hour for food to finally get out. The food wasn't even so good, the chips were super stable, and we had to continue using the bartender to do everything. Well, it wasn't like they even had as much to do as other restaurants stopped. There was only a great lack of communication between employees and other employees and their customers. There were people coming in an hour after we got food served immediately and they were too concentrated on takeover orders. I'm not sure what happened that waitress had tears too, so I don't blame her, but something has to be done if this place wants customers to come back."
