"We have been to Ryan's before and this Valentine's weekend evening was no less w.o.n.d.e.r.f.u.l than our previous experiences. It is most certainly an establishment for special occasions and more. When we dine here it is not only for the fare, which never disappoints, but also for the service, which is smartly attentive. Like I've said, we've been here before. We will come again."

"This place is a jewel. It was a real find for me. I love, love, love vegetables. And this place has an amazing assortment of vegetable dishes, sauces and dressings. I got the half rice, half-grain bowl. I choose pomegranate lamb for my protein (extra charge, and totally worth it). My server said I got 8 vegetable choices. I was overjoyed. I loaded it up. Beets, cabbage salad, artichoke hearts, olives, cous cous, roasted cauliflower, fava beans, and pickled red onions. I"

"Wow! We ventured away from the downtown area to try Social and were pleasantly surprised! The service was warm and attentive. The food was delicious every plate we had was fantastic. We tried the raw oysters, house cold smoked salmon, panko benne crusted trout and everything salmon on pasta. Yum. Yum. Yum. Social is located in the Village at Robinhood. It's a restaurant that I would say falls in between neighborhood upscale and neighborhood casual. You would be comfortable eating here in a sports coat as well as something much more casual but, don't underestimate the quality of the food and service. We had more attentive service at Social than we have had at most restaurants downtown and I would put the quality of food up against any place in town. Great food in a comfortable atmosphere Social is worth a visit!"

"Fabulous little Italian place in the quaint Brookstown area of Winston. Stuffed Veal chop with gnocchi and chicken parm were fabulous. Saturday night was busy but everything was fresh and timely. We’ll be back soon. So many things to try on the menu. Wine/beer/dessert all A+"

"Last time we were in Winston we had lunch at Camel City BBQ. It’s a massive space with 3 separate levels and plenty to do for all ages. Upstairs is a kids area with an arcade and other games. It’s a “Turn it to 11” level of noise up there so if you don’t have kids stay downstairs. The food and BBQ is solid. We tried some appetizers like Bang Bang Shrimp and Fried Pickle Chips. For entrees, Brisket plate (Meat 2 with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans) was good and the sides were worthy. We also tried the Pork Plate and Rodeo Burrito and they were good. There’s also a great beer selection on tap. There’s a small parking lot adjacent to the restaurant and a pay lot across the street. Service was good and friendly. Overall, this is a big place geared to watching sports and playing family games with solid food."
