I recently moved to the area from somewhere where local ice cream shops were abundant and fantastic. Moving here, it felt like only chains with subpar ice cream. I always considered Kilwins to fall into this “subpar ice cream from a chain”, but had never tried it myself. I finally tried it and it exceeded my expectations!
