This establishment has a 100% sanitation rating which is well deserved. Deidra is the person that always waits on me when I visit. She is very pleasant, considerate, and efficient. This is the one and only Subway that is worth going to in all of Winston Salem. The Subway on Peters Creek next to the carwash is disgusting. The white girl who works at that one is not clean and does not change her gloves. View all feedback.

DON?T GO HERE. I went in today and the Hispanic man ram with dark hair implied I stole coupons for a free six inch. He kept saying he couldn?t take them and was telling me I was wrong and had to have bought a gift card. I went to the subway on peters creek parkway and had way better service. View all feedback.
