The restaurant's design and setup for the drive-thru is poor. I was the 4th car in line to order and it took 20 minutes to process. Customers should be able to view the menu while they wait to make their decision. The staff member working outside at the payment window was not helpful and did not provide any instructions after taking the payment. Overall, the service was confusing and frustrating. Love Dairi-O! Great food and fast service. They have their drive-thru set up to keep the line moving.
Don't eat here they get your food wrong qn manger talks to you like a dog
This place is always a small piece of home to my wife and I. The turkey dogs and hot fudge cake alone is worth making your presence felt. Shouts out to the lovely staff: wearing smiles, suggesting great options from the menu, and running out to you vehicle to bring you soft serve cones. Great job to Linda(Manager) for being a great leader to a great staff!
I stopped in during a visit to Winston-Salem and was very impressed. The store was super clean, and the hot dogs were about the best that I’ve ever had! I even tried the Cheerwine. Let me know when you plan to open in Texas!
