What Paul Masih likes about Dunkin':
THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don't realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Whole experience terrible. Drink was made incorrectly and while the wht i believe was the manager was pleasant, the young man Nijai, was horribly rude. Rolling his eyes and shaking his lips because I asked my drink to be corrected! I was already embarrassed to go ask for the problem to be resolved but that just made it so much worse.
