What User doesn't like about Marco's Pizza:
would like to leave a great review, but I just ordered a pizza from this place on old salisbury rd and the workers took my money and did not deliver my pizza. every time I called the restaurant, they said that pizza was delivered. This isn't my first time I order from them, but this will be my last. the workers they work on are very inhuman. customer service is not everyone. this is the image of the customer service... new at Winston-Salem, order a few times both to perform and deliver. every single pizza was delicious! better yet, any person I interacted with was incredibly nice and thoughtful. a pizza online ordered tonight and they were out of an ingredient, but they called immediately and asked if they change it or cancel it. fantastic food and customer service!
