Moe's Southwest Grill - Winston-Salem

Grilled chicken bowl with rice, black beans, grilled swirl, paprika and mushrooms together with tomato and maissalsa, salate, cheese, gurken, jalapeños and acidic cream. I love the dishes at Moe’s! could use a bit more meat in the portions. happy that the Salsa bars are open again for self-service!

This first lady on the line had a serious attitude. I hope her evening got better. My girls (7 yr old twins) liked the food it was ok to me not worth the money in my opinion.

I have been here multiple times and every time has been terrible. I keep hoping that maybe they had an off day but when every day is off...means this place sucks. Their queso always tastes burnt. Doesn’t matter when I go, they are always scraping from the bottom to try to fill the cup up. Their chips are always stale on top of being WAY too salty. Service is never friendly either, I’ve walked in before and they didn’t say “welcome to moes” but even when they have said it they say it with the least amount of enthusiasm that is humanly possible. I don’t even care about whether they say it or not, but when they don’t really care to say it, it really speaks to how much they really don’t care about all the other parts of their jobs. We used to drive to the moes over by Hanes mall which was further away just because the food and service there was ALWAYS on point. We went so often they knew our names and orders when we walked in. I was devastated when they closed because this location is absolute garbage. I don’t even get a difficult order. I get a chicken quesadilla with dark chicken and cheese. And that’s it. And somehow they still mess it up. Last time we went the chicken had a faint taste of chlorine. HOW is that POSSIBLE?? Moe’s used to be our go-to takeout on nights when we really don’t feel like cooking. Any other moes I’ve been to has always been the same, food is always good. It’s depressing that this is the only location in Winston because this location has ruined my favorite fast food restaurant.
