as I moved from nyc to la here, I could not find a single decent Chinese place, this closes pf chang in my opinion. but the search is over....new seuan is here. many vegan options and they are also ready to change many dishes. my two favorites were the bok choy and the lotus root dishes. Ordered the egg roll, diced spicy chicken, sesame chicken, white rice and fried rice.Spicy chicken was mostly alllll peppers and wasn't to spicy, but very VERY dry. Sesame chicken was so sweet, I couldn't eat much of it. Egg roll was so bland, highly do not recommend. The fried rice was VERY flavorful.Everything is served on paper/plastic products.
