Many restaurants have fought to find their foot in the pandemic, on some balance of physical safety buffers against culinary experience to different degrees of success. Steak 'n Shake is one of my favorite places, so I'm giving 3 stars here because today was disappointing. The food was okay. My only complaint there was the bungalow on my burger dry and not fresh. The service was terrible. We did the wrong shake, mixed the orders, we asked to go the shaker into a cup after the meal. They came in a glass cup before the meal. Order Kit Kat. I got butterfinger.
