Tempura udon came with NO tempura. Udon was likely store bought and over cooked same I buy at the local Asian market probably the broth, too, which was not as flavorful as it should be. It came with greens (for no reason not at all traditional/proper but at least I made a little side salad) and, again, NO actual tempura. Do you not understand what "tempura udon" actually is?
