I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a hot chocolate, hot matcha latte, and hot cappuccino, but all of them were watery and didn't taste as they should. The cappuccino didn't even have milk in it. The staff didn't make any effort to provide proper customer service. It's frustrating and disappointing to spend money at a place you like only to receive bad service and products. View all feedback.
