Not very customer service driven. Ordered the espresso but I could tell it was a little bit to dark so asked for a little cream to be added. They said No it’s a recipe. Ok so can I get some milk on the side to add to it? No we cant it’s a specific recipe. I can pay for the side of milk if that’s the concern. No we cant do that.Really?
