I feel kind of on the fence about this place. How your experience will go depends on who’s working at the moment. Overall service is decent, but also there are times where they don’t welcome you in. They’re too in their conversation, and being selective of who they welcome in. I’d like to see improvement there, because the stuff they sell here isn’t cheap, and people don’t have to come here. Just like most Starbucks, they can get my Capacino correct less than 50% of the time.Rarely are the employees smiling nor greeting their customers.

No drive thru at this SB. ORDERING CAN be fast, but sometimes the wait can be at least 3 to minutes for just a latte. It's the only one on Alafaya, 7so everyone...

"Portions were good, but the teriyaki was very bland, as was the tempura roll. the chicken was stringy and looked like clumps of thigh meat. even the extra teriyaki sauce that came with the meals was bland. The dumplings were good and seemed to be a 50/50 mix of pork and vegetables. The tempura roll, aside from being bland, was a large log of rice with a very small bit of everything else in the middle."
