What User likes about Pho Tao:
#20 Hù tiéu hoac mì hoành thánh (rice noodles with wontons and roast pork, spring rolls as an appetizer. The food was great as always. Portions are huge don?t let your eyes get bigger than your stomachs. The music is amazingly calm and serene (think Melli jazzy piano bar music). Prices are reasonable. Will recommend to friends, family and anyone asking.
What User doesn't like about Pho Tao:
Couldn't get more than 4 words out the the young kid(host/waiter) with unruly hair. The classical muzak is not pleasing. The place has great reviews but for the life of me I don't know why. I had the pho, I had to ask for sprouts and lime, etc. I put soy and hosin in just to try to get some flavor of the broth. I will never visit again. People think they are getting good food, they just don't know the real stuff. View all feedback.
