I requested a vegetarian sub with no meat or cheese. I received only a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber, with no sign of any salad. It was disappointing. In my opinion, the Veggie Delight at this restaurant is best enjoyed with vegan mayo. I bring my own Just Mayo container for added convenience as I find it enhances the overall experience. Hopefully, vegan mayo options will become more common in restaurants to make it easier for those following a plant-based diet.
