What B S doesn't like about Kyoto- Winter Park:
Costs as much as a full service Japanese steakhouse, but with the atmosphere of a Steak N Shake. My steak was overcooked, sauces tasted watered down. Drink station was out of teas and coca cola. If I'm to get my own silverware and refills, why am I asked to tip at checkout? I would rather go to Pei Wei! View all feedback.
