I don't know why I thought it would be OK to order from this Miller's location again. The nachos I received were cold and nasty despite my driver being forced to wait for 20+ minutes for them to be prepared. The chips were soggy, super salty, and lacking meat. Typical Good Ale House Food, Horrible Service. I have lived in Orlando for the past 17 years, so I have been to many of the Miller 's Ale House locations around Orlando countless times. The food here was typical of the Ale House good food, great portion size, and great prices. I also love all of the beer options and specials they have. I ultimately selected like it for this review because of the above mentioned reasons. However, the service on my most recent visit was the worst I have had at any Ale House location. Our server (young female) was friendly and nice, but forgetful and aloof. It just did not seem like she cared. Here are just a few of the things....... 1. When I placed my order, I requested bacon to be added to my sandwich. It came to the table without bacon. 2. When I placed my order, I requested a side of blue cheese with my sandwich. It came to the table without a side of blue cheese. 3. I requested UNsweet tea with lemon. She brought out sweet tea without lemon. 4. My friend ordered a few beers throughout the time we were there. It always took a VERY long time for him to receive each of his beers. 5. My other friend ordered just plain zingers. A zinger salad was delivered to the table. Like I said, she was friendly and nice, but I am not sure serving is the right field for her. The restaurant was not even incredibly busy, so I do not know what the problem was. I will probably avoid this location for the time being. There are plenty of other locations to choose from. Miller 's Winter Park Ale House Restaurant is located in Ravaudage, at the NW intersection of Lee Road and North Orlando Avenue (US Highway 17 92).

Miller Ale House gave us so excellent customer service after terrible customer service elsewhere! The food was fast and delicious!! Rachel was AWESOME!! Thanks for providing exactly what your customers are looking for! #MillersAleHouse
