"The personal is courteous, welcoming and the service is fast. the environment of the bar is beautiful. but eating was not as good as what we expected after the reviews! the burgerbrot was completely cold and not even warmed on the grill, the meat was ok not something extraordinary. the fried potatoes were delicious the beer was good"

"Awfully long wait to order and to recieve our food and drinks. Service incredibly unfriendly. A stressful time of day is no excuse to be rude to a guest in our humble opinion. Once we got our food we enjoyed it very much, prices were...reasonable. Sadly, we won't be coming back."

"After a hike we decided to have lunch in the Panorama restaurant in Winterberg. We chose the Rosti, one with egg, other with grilled vegetables. It was a simple but very decent lunch in a busy place. Serving was fast but not very friendly. Good value for money."
