My excellent rating is reserved for the best of class, in this case the local brew pub class. A good but not crazy spectrum of beers brewed by their own brewmaster combined with a nice menu to match. Clearly popular with the locals. I walked past several empty bars and restaurants on a Sunday evening. There was a nice crowd but not jammed. I definitely want to come back again. read more.

"Das Essen, der Kaffee, die Atmosphäre, die Einrichtung, die freundliche Bedienung, es stimmt einfach alles im La Moka! Ich war mit Freunden dort zum Zmittag. Man kommt herein und fühlt sich gleich wohl. Es war schwer, sich für eins der lecker aussehenden Tagesmenüs (immer gut: den Tischnachbarn in die Teller schauen) oder etwas von der Karte zu entscheiden. Ich hatte Lust auf Salat (die meisten Gerichte sind fleischlos, es gibt Varianten mit Trockenfleisch) und entschied mich für den Wintersalat mit Pilzen, Granatapfelkernen und mit Käse überbackenen Kartoffeln. Alles passte geschmacklich wunderbar zusammen. Der Risotto mit Kressepesto, den meine Freunde wählten, wurde auch hochgelobt. Selbst gemachter Schoggikuchen und Apfel-Zimt-Streuselkuchen mit feinem Kaffee (Rösterei in der Region) rundeten dieses Wohlfühl-Esserlebnis perfekt ab. Das La Moka hat für jeden und jede etwas, unbedingt hingehen!"

"Eating is very special and delicious. exotic flavor and many vegan dishes. the prices are high, but I think because it is a tourist place. but the service was not good at all. other customers had to wait more than 20min to get the bill (I even called the waiter for them because they never looked for us) and we also order for drinks. the other customers also went to the bank and wanted to pay, but the staff told them to go back and wait. but they waited for 20 minutes! we sat next to the door in their garden, but the staff never looked at us or asked if we needed something (we had to order). also 1 meal was so late that my other family almost finished there court. at the end I told them that, but it was apology that they were busy, etc. but if they are already busy now, they should better manage it or educate the personal the a few seconds to take care of the customers.
