"We went there a number of times and I do like the atmosphere and above all the fact that it is not a chain restaurant. Today my wife had oysters that came fresh. Among other I ordered lamb chops and later realized the waiter didn’t care asking about the temperature. The dish composition wasn’t bad at all but the meat came heavily undercooked close to raw. Unfortunately not the first time that they undercooked my meat. Got a box and the check. Will try to fix the meat at home. The waiter was nonexistent, didn’t see him after bringing the order and later didn’t ask a single thing. We sometimes bring friends there to join us but I think I need to take a long break from that place. I learned not to expect great dining in this area but when spending $120 for 2 it would be reasonable to expect proper prepared food. "Overall, the food at Luna Pizza Café was good and authentic. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The specific spot they were in was a bit difficult to find and so was finding proper parking. There were not really any signs pointing or signaling in the direction of where parking for Luna was at. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu. The overall theme of the restaurant was a little hard to pinpoint but did have some artisanal and rustic tones. It seemed to be a higher-end, casual setting and not overwhelming. My appetizer, the fire roasted chicken drumsticks, was underwhelming with flavor past the skin. All our food was hot, fresh, and looked appetizing. They even have an open area where you can see the pizzas being made. The ingredients are fresh and quality. However, I did think that they were a little overpriced for what you are getting. I ordered a build your own pizza with a couple of toppings and the size of the pizza is good. It was more than enough for 1 person, but not exactly enough to share. My dessert was amazing. I ordered the Panna Cotta but was addressed by the manager that it was not ready to be served. So instead, I got the Cannoli and they were so delicious and light. I will definitely be returning!"
