Absolutely unfriendly service. In the inn it was very unpleasant and cold... had exactly what to drink and then leave

Service required 20.oo eur to reserve. This was the first catastrophe carved without taste. And Pommes warmed up. Operation very unfriendly and no card payment...

"The 3 michelin stars are well deserved ....now where the chef recently died the young sous chef had to take over the kitchen and delivered the tasting menu perfectly .... every dish had a wow effect ...starting just with the bread and homemade butter.... lobster (the best one i ever had), turbot, quail, venison... classic ... old fashioned ... in a old fashioned hotel in the middle of a forrest in the wine region MOSEL in the hunsrueck .... this is only one of 8 german 3 star michelin and so far my favorite of them ....worth a trip... the night in the hotel is only 150 euro incl. breakfast for 2 ...food is 200 euro per person plus wine .... i have to say most of the 2 stars i went didnt delivered - felt mostly flat ....but 3 stars allways deliver in a major way .... a lot of 1 star recently were better as the 2 stars"

"From the outside the old kelter house looks like a traditional and typical house. there are many such haie along the mosels. we visited the restaurant randomly and without reservation and the surprise was very nice. fortunately we have the last free places and super! an incredible table, in a huge gras. we chose the tasting menu. everything was very nicely dressed, has wonderfully tasted, the wee was simply fantastic and the service very nice, competent and sympathetic. the combination of ingredients was excellent. excellent products of the region with subtle and wise international influences. the restaurant is a hidden gem where the kitchen on the star level cooked the gas. I am very glad to have discovered this restaurant. I can recommend it with safety."

"No and no! 3 attempts and disappointment every time. The workflows are completely blurred and confused. In the end, no good product can come out. Döner is prepared before the pide begins. Bread not heated. Meat cut 10 minutes before documents.... not kept warm. Fully cold filled and on the grill with to go bag for 10 minutes until the pasture finish. Ordering with 10 minutes waiting time is simply underground. Wait for 30 minutes? The quality is taken from the previous owner."
