We popped in to Rubens for a coffee a few days ago. We ordered at the counter but unfortunately the lady who served us made no effort to smile or be pleasant. We went to sit in the rear courtyard and waited for our drinks. After they arrived and I had poured some milk into my coffee, I noticed that the milk jug was very dirty inside so when the same lady walked past, I pointed this out to her.
