Went to the Wirral hotel recently with friends for a quiet drink. Was served by the lovely Sarah who had a large knowledge base of the spirits sold and even suggested a toffee vodka shot for me rather than tequila that everyone else was having because I couldn't stomach it. Visited with my 2 girls opted for the family deal for £15.Food was ok apart from the 2 children’s sweets came out as 1 .There was only one chocolate brownie with 2 scoops of ice cream,There are supposed to be 2 of each.pointed this out to the helpful waitress who said that she would go back to the kitchen to sort this trivial matter out only to return saying that the manager was not prepared to do anything about this... read more.
