After a terrible experience at the Baraboo location, our family left and traveled out of our way 20 minutes to this location. It was well worth it. Customer service was so understanding of the situation and confirmed the excuse from the other location was definitely not “company police” as the other store had stated. What Brian Spranger doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
We ordered 6 subs, got day old bread, my wife’s comment “why is the bread so sharp?” Was told if we wanted a bag, napkins or mayo that it was at the pickup and we could serve ourselves. Subs weren’t numbered. Was not up to the JJ standard that we expect. Probably won’t be back. Also, we were the only customers in the place. View all feedback.
