My wife and I heard they had new ownership and decided to try it again, we went under previous owners and really didn't like it. We like it a lot now! Food is better they have a great salad bar and the bartender was attentive and mixed drinks very well.Great little hide-away atmosphere while sitting on the back deck too! Its cosy, good music selection and plenty of room so you are not bumping into your neighbours when entering and exiting your table. The wait staff are friendly and courteous. Their food is flavorful, there is a varity and good portion size! They bring out your steak on a hot stone and tell you how long to cook it. They provide a timer on the table. The meat was cooked to perfection! My husband who always orders steak where ever we eat is always complaining how the steak is never cooked like how he tells them. This time he couldnt say enough good things about. Not only was it cooked to his perfection but the seasoning they used were delicious!! We would definatly recommend High Rock Cafe ,and will dine here again! Asha"
