"First time here and just loved it. My sister and I both got the Badger burger ???? with a side of fries to share ????. We sat at the bar, the server behind the bar was super nice. Not crowded on a Wednesday afternoon. Food came out in a timely manner, looved delicious and tasted amazing."

"Upon arrival at 2pm our room was already clean and available. We comfortably got to the room based on the directions provided by the staff. The room was very nice and clean with an easy adjustable temperature control. The balcony was nice for morning coffee and fresh air. Bathroom was very cleanIt was a bit of a walk to get to the water parks that were available. The staff at the rides and food stations were very kind with only 1 meh experience to speak of.In this regard HUGE shout out Kim S area supervisor of Northern Lights Arcade and indoor activity area on 9/10/23. This wonderful woman took the time to show my son's how safe the Northern Lights Sky Ropes Course is.In terms of water parks there was just enough indoors to keep us busy the whole time. though crowded at times but that's to be expected. Also one very positive worker on the slides made one confusing situation very fun instead.Can't say anything about the other activities that weren't tried of which there are lots of. The indoor go-karts were great, the 9 hole putt putt was good, and the laser tag was plenty fun. Beware the ramps on your ankles if you're moving faster than you should."

"Original Mac: M.A.C.S. Macaroni And Cheese Shop) originated in the Waterpark Capital of the World aka Wisconsin Dells a decade ago in 2013. It has since disseminated to several other locations around the state. In addition to the classic comfort dish, M.A.C.S. also serves up melts, limited desserts, and a rotating flavor of the month mac cheese. Like any good Wisconsinite I love cheese carbs) so mac cheese is a favorite cheat meal of mine. For this visit I went with the Original Mac, which consists of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Pretty simple, but it 's also topped with crispy breadcrumbs a toastie . The toastie is essentially a giant thin crouton that 's crunchy and has a nice buttery flavor. Speaking of buttery flavor, the roux is thick, creamy, cheesy, and also adds a buttery taste to the macaroni noodles. I love that the top layer of the mac cheese is perfectly crispy as it contrasts nicely with the creamy inner portion. M.A.C.S. serves their cheesy entrees in a cool looking skillet that does a fantastic job of keeping the food warm. It 's a little pricey for fast food, but totally worth the occasional indulgence.
