Serving typical German food, the restaurant in Stadthotel Stern is quite ok. Even good. Some efforts are clearly made in the kitchen and with some knowledge too. We had a good dinner with a carpaccio starter, chicken with chanterelles, Schnitzel and a very tasty vegetarian dish. Fair wine list. Prices very moderate. Quiet and nice environment. From the amuse gueule, the appetizer to the main dish that consisted of a fresh lobster to the homemade ice cream, the food was absolutely perfect. Open kitchen with a clearly well-established team.
