My Mum and I were visiting a local house and looking for somewhere to have lunch on the way. For some reason we couldn't see any signs saying that the pub serves food but thankfully they do. Mum had ham egg and chips. I had a jacket potato. Both meals were good and we both had a hot drink. The pub is very clean on the inside. Service was polite and prompt. View all feedback.

Disappointed. Pub not what it was prior to reopening. Quality bbq style food replaced by cheap mostly microwaved pub grub. Service not particularly quick either. As a local resident I will reluctantly venture into town instead for better food and value. View all feedback.

The pub looks fab. The food was divine and was not left disappointed on portion sizes etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would have bumped it up...

We as a family have been here a few times and the food has always been lovely, the staff have been great too, with a safe garden for the kids to play...

"It was mine and my partner first trip to the local region and we wanted to see what it had to offer. we stopped at the free parking lot and had the short walk to the marina where we passed this place. after a short wait we went up the steps and see what was in the offer. not only were fresh and wonderful homemade cakes in the offer, there were also hot and cold beverage renewable packaging I can add, but a small selection of amazing lunches. try the Victorian sponge when they go, and if they can enjoy the bark, sniff and gherkin bagel, they can sit at the accommodation or enjoy a walk to the public pool marina outdoors. would definitely recommend!"
