meat can be prepared in the restaurant freehof. no one has gone out here. especially you can mention the meat on the hot stone.

very friendly service and especially perfectly prepared meat...Ob entrecote, fondue or Cordon-Bleu. it fits everything.

"In my 3 days in St Gallen, this was the stand out restaurant for me. I was in 2 minds after reading some of the prior reviews, but on the night I went, I had a great evening. I hadn't made a reservation but received...a warm greeting by the lady at front of house. The menu was in English. The food was Swiss styled, well prepared, interesting, seasonal, and service was prompt. Definitely go and have a great time!"
