I tried a new burger at this restaurant and it had a gross, overcooked taste. It felt like someone had put a landfill on a regular burger. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this place.
I visited Arby's for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed their products. The Rub sandwich was particularly delicious, and I can't stop thinking about it.
I was 3 minutes on the counter and had to call someone to come forward. it is very visible that the girls behind the counter are high. then they tell me that the credit card machine does not work. then the manager comes by and laughs and says she's new so she doesn't know what to do. how is the owner good? not a good look.
Their new burger cost 7.40 and it was totally flavorless. It looked like it was sloppily thrown together and was way overcooked with no redness inside. I had to wait 20 minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of me at 4:45pm Tuesday. Plus a handwritten note on drive thru speaker advising shake machine is down. Bad experience.
