"The food is good, but I'm kind of done ordering from them. Ordered food at 7:25pm. They said it'd be delivered at 8:35pm. 70 minutes is a long time to wait, but whatever. 8:45 rolls around and the food has not arrived. Call the store and they say the delivery driver is just getting back from a run and my food will be there within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no food. Call the store again. They say the driver is out and food will be there in 5 minutes. The food arrived almost 15 minutes after that. All said and done, it took just under 2 hours to get a relatively small order delivered on a Tuesday night. This is far from the first time I've had an experience like this with Minzu. I don't mind waiting for food, but I don't like when I'm lied to."

"Located on Woburn, this is one of the best places to eat in Boston when you are looking for authentic Indian flavors. We tried Paneer Pakoda, Gobhi Manchurian, Aloo Tikki as appetizers. Everything was delicious. The main dish bread was soft and fluffy. I would recommend that Baigan ka Saalan remembered the taste of India. Prices are very reasonable. In total one of the best Indian places to eat here. I'll go."
