Too much negative comments sounds like a bunch of people that never worked in the restaurant industry, this chipotle is really good! Yes the inside tables could be cleaner but food is always on point for me. Staff are chill too they are just doing their jobs. read more.

Been going here for years but never have I had as bad of an experience as today. Were 2+ hours behind on orders and incredibly understaffed. Whoever the manager or district manager is telling your employees not to turn off online orders when your that backed up should be ashamed. That is on YOU for running the store into the ground, not your employees. Felt bad for what they had to put up with. read more.

This used to be the best chipotle around and now it’s the worst. Consistently out of ingredients. Lady at the register is mean.

"I moved here from Vermont at the end of October and somehow found this place. I am allergic to milk and other random foods so eating vegan is simpler for me. Tonight I ordered for her spring rolls, Setain, Curry Samosas, vegan Cheescake and a Mr. Cooler juice. Everything was fresh and delicious! I am so happy to have found such great local vegan noms near home! If you are ever in Woburn, you will definitely make this place one of your stops. You will let a happy heart and a full stomach survive!"

"We've been this Cap Grille restaurant on many occasions, but this occasion was extraordinary. The energy level was high; the food was remarkable; our waiter, Jeffrey, was wonderfully attentive. "The food is good, but I'm kind of done ordering from them. Ordered food at 7:25pm. They said it'd be delivered at 8:35pm. 70 minutes is a long time to wait, but whatever. 8:45 rolls around and the food has not arrived. Call the store and they say the delivery driver is just getting back from a run and my food will be there within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, no food. Call the store again. They say the driver is out and food will be there in 5 minutes. The food arrived almost 15 minutes after that. All said and done, it took just under 2 hours to get a relatively small order delivered on a Tuesday night. This is far from the first time I've had an experience like this with Minzu. I don't mind waiting for food, but I don't like when I'm lied to."
