This restaurant has a large location and has consistently provided excellent customer service for the past decade, whether in person or over the phone. Even after moving to MA, I always made a point to stop by this restaurant in NY after visiting family because it felt like a grocery store paradise to me. What User doesn't like about Whole Foods Market:
I stopped purchasing any of their pre-packaged, ready-to-eat vegan meals. The pizza bar at this establishment does not offer individual slices of vegan pizza; you must order a whole pizza. On multiple occasions, I found non-vegan items in my meals, such as chicken in a spinach pastry. The customer service staff tried to convince me that tofu was in a pre-packaged meal, but it was not. Dave was very friendly, helpful and had some great product recommendations to try. He alone would be a reason to return to the store. Try to find a manager to leave the feedback, but thought Google was as good as anyone. Thank you. Dave for being brilliant!
The staff was helpful. The store was busy and although the areas were clogged, it was designed well enough for heavy foot traffic. Again. Staff in production. Bakery and cash register were very helpful.
Really nice clean store that's rather large but has a unique layout. Not a lot of open space but tons of things to offer. Prepared foods, bakery, coffee bar, etc. Team members seem to be friendly and willing to help.
Good quality especially meats and seafood. Unfortunately it is also pretty expensive. And they have cut way back on in store bakery items which is disappointing. I do generally shop here when I am entertaining because of the quality.
