"Visited here a few times after skiing. Contemporary venue, lots of seating inside and out. Order at the counter. Their Sachertorte is rather good although in my option not as good as the original Sachertorte. Good choice of drinks. Filter coffee not as strong as I prefer. Friendly staff."

"We have just had a takeaway, or the last night of our holiday, as we have an early start and had to pack. They had bagged up our food on arrival for collection. We arrived and paid for our 6 dishes drove 20 minutes...home and then realised that they had only actually given us 5 dishes. Called them up and they were quite rude and unhelpful and spoke as though we were lying. Trying to go through the list of our order, reading out all the dishes which we repeated yes we know we ordered and paid for 6 but you have only given us 5. Then they said come back and show us all the dishes which would be a complete waste of time as all dishes would essentially be cold and our whole evening ruined after another 40mins plus drive (20 mins each way). We ended up just keeping the dishes we had after an infuriating phone call. At least if they had apologised and said we could have an extra dish free when we next went or something like that. Will not be using again now."
