Our camping group goes there for lunch every year on Derby Day. Some of us go particularly for the breaded and deep-fried bullheads. The meal comes with a cup of chowder, fries and coleslaw. What Light Sojourner doesn't like about Village:
Maybe it was due to us coming in right before the kitchen changed from breakfast to the lunch menu.... but wow our Omelet FELT ....rubbery? It was weird like the eggs were weird. It tasted different as well. If you check my reviews you will read and see many Western/Denver Omelets ...mostly as it is hard to mess them up.
