But beyond that, the man who helped us was most helpful in letting us know about the foliage and where to get some beautiful views. "Had to stop by after trying their mead at Hobbs Tavern. One word, Wow! I didn't think I liked mead until I tried theirs. I was amazed by the various flavors and complexities. Staff was very friendly and informative, and probably gave us more time than we deserved (my wife and I asked a lot of questions). After generous samples and a flight, we came home with four bottles and plans to return the next time we're in the area."
