I got Tonkotsu without egg and it was really amazing! I think I’ll get extra bamboo, make it vegetarian without the pork, and add mushrooms next time.We also got the Gyoza (pork dumplings) that were to die for, and the spicy edamame that was really good. View all feedback.

I really like the ramen shack from their beginner meals to the ramen it's self. I first had the ramen when it was still just a food truck and really enjoyed it. But as of lately i've been quite disappointed with Ramen Shack when it comes being closed when they are said to be open, closing early and in my opinion the quality of ramen has gone down.
