"Food is probably the best in Wollongong. 5 of the 7 course degustation menu were excellent, 2 course missed completely. Tooth fish was so over cooked, almost inedible and pork was over cooked, tough and dry. Service was probably the worst I have encountered in Wollongong. Inexperienced children with no personality at all reciting their script by rote. One of them even said to me when I requested they not read their wine script, I need to sound pompous and like I know what I am talking about! It doesn't work at all."
