The ambience and restaurant were lovely. Had a very lovely waitress. However I have visited many Italian restaurants in the past and being half Italian myself I found the food bland, not much garlic used. I had pasta and no black pepper or option of Parmesan was offered. Not a good carbonara too creamy and cheesy couldn’t see the egg yolk. Husband had lasagne, very tomatoey and bland.
