Having used this restaurant booking app to reserve a table for 4 guests for my birthday meal on the evening of my meal I rang the restaurant to confirm my booking but it transpires they did not have a table reserved for us! The staff said the manager does this a lot not transferring the booking to the restaurant. The staff apologised but made it clear that it would be difficult to accommodate me thus ruining my birth... read more.
