Kfc - Wolverhampton

A rare visit to any KFC but after a full day out called in for convenience at 20.18, we ordered boxed meals, these weren't in a box but looked like they had been thrown into the bad, flat pepsi max drinks We live less than...2 miles away food was stone cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave. Won't be going back to this store again andvwill think twice of any others. Was not worth the money either. Disgusting...

Absolutly disgusted with the staff attitude- missing items and they insisted they'd packed the things that were missing. Called us liars! Food not top brilliant gravy and chips cold when arrived!!

Ordered food online to be delivered. Missed an item off the order, tried to call the restaurant and no answer at all, phone just rings out.

This restaurant yesterday visited to eat was ok, but pommes could have been hotter. I threw on the toilet after I had eaten and they were dirty. the rinses had not been cleaned for some time and no soap dispensers. If I had gone in, I would have snatched out before eating.

Rubbish customer care!! Rang to say items were missing was called a liar and told they remembered packing order so I was wrong!!! So rude! Laughable service! Won't order from here again!
