The drinks are top tier and the seasonal drinks they have are unforgettable. they have a great sweets selection, they also do breakfast sandwiches that are delicious as well. For an upscale coffee house where your two bite sandwiches cost $10 and an extra small Belgian waffle costs more than a pack of cigarettes...I was not impressed. The waffle was not made in a waffle iron. It tastes as if it were from the grocery freezer section and put into the toaster. The only reason I say this is if it were made in a waffle iron it would have been tender and hot. This was like eating cold concrete.... View all feedback.
We are going to be moving to the area soon, so I came here with my husband and daughter to see what they had. My husband had a cold brew and I had a latte, while our daughter had a root beer float; all delicious. The strange thing was that the boy at the counter served me a rock hard, cold cinnamon roll. I took it to one of the barista's and asked if this was how they normally serve them (I meant that genuinely, I was just confused lol). She took it to the back and said she could heat it up for me. Turned out the owner was there. He went to check on it, boxed that one to go for me and had them serve me a whole new one, properly heated. He came over to our table and apologized. He was extremely polite and even gave my husband a free sample of their nitro coffee, which my husband said was very good. Like I said, we're about to move to the area, so it really made us feel welcome and created really positive feelings. Definitely going to be coming back!
Great coffee shop. The only downside with being so great is a lot of people like it, so a busy atmosphere, but there is a quiet room. Highly recommend.
Staff completely messed up order. Mistakes happen. Upon being made aware, the Manager and Owner were gracious about it and did what they could to rectify it. Would return as a result of how they handled it.
Luxury coffeehouse, signage confusing- old location closed, new location next door.
Great place to sit and eat and drink coffee. Lots of good options and the expansion is amazing! Haven't had a bad experience there yet.
