I always loved Chick-fil-A, but the two times that I visited these Virginia restaurants, I was dissapointed. They have almost all removed their dunes in the parking lot, as well as their dunes in seats and replaced it with the berth to go parking lot and in the dining room replaced customer seat with a large area for door sash pickups and an employee break room.
