What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This restaurant is terrible and repulsive. The service is incredibly poor, taking an eternity to even acknowledge customers and take their orders. I have been to McDonald's in third world countries that have better service than this place. Perhaps if they didn't have so many distractions, like puppies, it would be easier to function and communicate effectively. View all feedback.
My favorite macDonald's. always polite and fast. friends are always hot and drive, although moving quickly and accurately.
Went to the drive thru to order ONE happy meal. They made park curbside, waited 15 minutes, gave at least 8 cars their orders after us. When we went to ask, the employee says they don’t know what we’re waiting for, and showed no care. Terrible service even by McDonald’s low standards. Another car in front of us took at least 10 min to get their order of two drinks!
Went there on a Friday night. it was not busy. I waited 15 minutes for my order. Nothing special just a couple burgers and fries.The people making the good couldn't have moved any slower if they tried.You can go to a sit down restaurant and get drinks and appetizers faster then they could put out a couple burgers. Very slow and not even an apology.Very bad service.
Not sure why nowadays ? they are different prices at different locations.
This McDonalds is the worst in getting drive through orders right. Today 11/13 the person taking payment for drive thru orders has a real attitude problem. She was actively not listening to what I was trying to say to her to correctly charge my order. When I finally end up at the second window to pick up the order and go home- the order is completely wrong. They really need to find better ways to handle customers and get orders right.
