My mother called TWICE and asked if they were still serving crabs and if we could pre-pay for two dozen (that’s $60+ , because we were an hour away. He told us to come on down. We went and got money out of the atm, got gas, and CALLED him 30 minutes before we arrived. He answered and told us the exact location and address and didn’t mention he was almost out of crabs. "September 19, we went around 6pm, I waited for my order patiently and as soon as I received it they told me to leave when I didn't even have time to place my order to the passenger side. Even the employee who got my order was very rude and the girl atthe window with black hair who hands out the order was basically just shoving the food in my face. I thought chick fil a wasfamous for its good food and friendliness, well not this one. Will not be going ever again."
