Consistent! When it comes to making Pecan Caramel Apples, it seems that all the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factorys make good ones. As you've probably guessed, we always purchase Pecan Caramel Apples when we drop into a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Yup, their Pecan Caramel Apple tasted delicious here as well.
