100% outstanding food and service!!! Angie and I have been going downtown Minneapolis for good pho for years. Then we googled something close to our home in lake Elmo and this place came up. Can't say enough about the food and service.The only reason I gave it a four for atmosphere was because it's not a standalone establishment. Otherwise everything else was a five 5 plus. We will be going back many times I'm sure.
