Great concert with Ana Popovic Friday night. The Convent is not blessed with signposts either inside or outside but this all adds to the character. Could have done with some heating in the chapel although it did not detract from a great evening. We did not eat or stay at the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect. read more.

Warning to all bands payment is slow or non existent! Yes it's a gorgeous place and the staff are lovely, the food is fab and the rooms beautiful. I was so excited to get to play here with my band but I've been chasing my gig fee for 3 months now and the Netgig statement for online gig attendees has yet to be presented. If you play you will join a long backlog of musicians waiting to be paid. read more.
