Slow service. Waited in line for 10 minutes. The cashier told me they had sandwich in stock and only after paying for that 2 other items did they tell me they're actually out of that sandwich AND they're out of strawberries for my açaí bowl. How are they going to be a smoothie spot and be out of a main ingredient? Since I paid in cash, I lost my BOGO reward bc the cashier didn't know how to reverse it. Extremely frus... View all feedback.
